Monday Queer Collective Part One: Introverts
Over these 8 weeks, participants will focus on building meaningful community through gentle, low-pressure conversation and shared reflection rather than forced socializing or performance. Each session offers guided discussion, reflection exercises and optional sharing opportunities that respect varying communication styles and social energy levels.
Twin Ports Mental Health Professionals Meet-up
This monthly local meet-up is a casual, welcoming space for therapists to connect, unwind and build community outside of the therapy room. There’s no agenda, no presentations, and no expectation to “network”. Just a chance to be with other clinicians who understand the work. Therapy can be isolating, even when you love what you do. This meet-up is about reducing that isolation, sharing space with peers and having conversations that don’t require clinical insight or professional performance.
