Professional Advising
I offer professional advising grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) for individuals working in people-centered roles who want clarity, sustainability and alignment in their work. This is not therapy, but a reflective, structured space to explore professional challenges through an IFS lens.
Many people experience imposter syndrome, burnout, overfunctioning or chronic self-doubt in their work-especially in caregiving, leadership and helping professions. From an IFS perspective, these experiences are often driven by protective parts trying to prevent failure, criticism or harm. Rather than pushing through or ‘fixing’ these parts, we work to understand them and create more choice and Self-leadership in professional decision-making.
