Most of us have an inner voice that judges, pressures or tells us we’re not doing enough. In this relaxed, coffee-shop style workshop, we’ll slow down and get curious about that voice instead of trying to silence it.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we’ll explore the idea that the ‘inner critic’ is actually a protective part of us that developed for a reason. When we approach it with curiosity rather than shame, something powerful can shift.
During this free two-hour workshop you will:
Learn the basics of the IFS model and how ‘parts’ show up in every day life
Identify and better understand your own inner critic
Practice simple exercises to relate to this part with more curiosity and compassion
Leave with tools you can use in everyday moments when that voice gets loud
This is not about getting rid of your inner critic. Instead, it’s about building a new relationship with it
-one that creates more space, self-trust, and understanding.
No therapy experience needed-just bring your curiosity!
