This virtual weekly therapy group is for adults who identify as introverted, socially anxious or simply more comfortable connecting in smaller, quieter spaces. This group is Part One of a multi-group series created specifically for introverts in the queer community, with each future group exploring different topics related to connection, identity, boundaries, relationships and self-expression.
Over these 8 weeks, participants will focus on building meaningful community through gentle, low-pressure conversation and shared reflection rather than forced socializing or performance. The group emphasizes cultivating trust, practicing honest connection and developing the skills needed to create and maintain authentic friendships. Each session offers guided discussion, reflection exercises and optional sharing opportunities that respect varying communication styles and social energy levels.
