I offer clinical supervision grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) for therapists who want to deepen their clinical skill, self-trust, and capacity to stay present with complexity. My supervision style is direct, supportive and reflective, with an emphasis on helping you understand what’s happening inside you as much as what’s happening in the therapy room.
IFS-informed supervision recognizes that clinicians bring their own parts into the work-protectors, worries, urgency, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fix it parts….and that these parts deserve attention rather than suppression. Together, we slow down, notice patterns, and build more access to Self-energy so you can work with clients from clarity rather than pressure or burnout.
